Summary

This PR addresses Issue#38826 by fixing broken AUTOTITLE links in the Copilot IDE chat documentation with minimal surgical changes only.

Link Corrections:

  1. Update prompt engineering link: /copilot/using-github-copilot/prompt-engineering-for-github-copilot → /copilot/using-github-copilot/copilot-chat/prompt-engineering-for-copilot-chat
  2. Remove broken about-github-copilot-chat link (file no longer exists in repository)
  3. Fix knowledge base management links (2 instances): from enterprise paths to /copilot/customizing-copilot/managing-copilot-knowledge-bases

@aymanaboghonim Okay, I finally finished my comparison of all the different versions, and there are problems in the Visual Studio Code versions for the both free and enterprise. I'm going to try to figure out why that's happening, and maybe ask for some help. If you have insight into versioning, I would take it from any source, but it's fine if I have to be the one to track down the answer here. A lot of people on the team are much more experienced with versioning than I am and can probably help me figure out what's going on.
