Add Python 3.14 to the test suite &pyproject.toml.

Note that Pydantic v1 won't be supported on Python 3.14:pydantic/pydantic#11613 (comment)

Putting this in draft until:

only i'm have promlem whit install (pip install "fastapi[standard]") ?

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
