@tiangolo: when thisruff-pre-commit version is bumped, shouldn't we always simultaneously bump theruff version inrequirements-tests.txt as well?

Ideally yes, but we don't have a way to automatize it. 😔 I've been thinking if there's a way to run pre-commit with the development dependencies instead of the default custom environment for each pre-commit hook, but I haven't figured out the right workflow. For now, up to now, I've been merging the two (dependabot and pre-commit autoupdate) independently, although it's not the idea. |
