Description

PermissionAdmin shall use autocomplete for entities ofUser andGroup.

Steps to reproduce

• Add many (>1000) users to the database.
• In a Page open "Advanced Settings".
• It either takes too long to load all the users or one must use the raw primary key. Both ways are not at all user friendly.

Expected behaviour

Django offers an autocomplete field to handle this common use case.
