Introduces animation utilities and applies a closing animationto d-menu float bodies. This only affects d-menu and does nottouch search menu, user menu, or other components.
These were missing - the d-menu close animation referenced thembut they were never defined.

This PR adds a close animation to DMenu when closing the menu. It introduces an animation utility that awaits a css animation to finish before moving onto the next step in the code.
