This PR adds IC News, a decentralized news aggregation platform built on the Internet Computer (ICP), to the DFINITY Portal's showcase. The update is made by including IC News in the
showcase.jsonfile.IC News aggregates news from multiple sources (such as Telegram and Twitter/X) and uses IC WebSocket technology to provide real-time updates. It uses AI to implement features such as personalized recommendations and uses Internet Computer for decentralized news storage.
