Hello@1solomonwakhungu ,

Thank you for the contribution. The ORAS spec requires the ociReference to be in lower case. Can we update here please? The supporting tools do help convert the case, however, its better to sync as much as possible.
Also kindly add your change right at the end of the collection-index.yml.
