Dear Prof.
The heatmap created with levelplot () has a mismatch between matrix values and color settings. If we run the level plot () function according to the value matrix given, we see that the coloring according to the upper left and lower right values is incorrect. The values should be listed according to the quantiles between 0.05 and 0.95 from left to top and from left to right.

Would you happen to have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for getting back to me.
