When cloning and updating the submodule in the 0.13-release branch I get the following error:

error: Server does not allow request for unadvertised object 08577a4b7f9a9173517d7ddf91bd1fa50eac1252Fetched in submodule path 'libs/network/doc/_ext/breathe', but it did not contain 08577a4b7f9a9173517d7ddf91bd1fa50eac1252. Direct fetching of that commit failed.

It seems they rewrote the history :breathe-doc/breathe@65440b2

So I updated the submodule ref to the latest commit of their master branch. I hope it doesn't break anything..
