I have disabled the SSL verification but I am getting ""tlsv1 alert internal error" when downloadinghttps://www.guide-du-chien.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Beagle.jpg. I saw there is an option using openssl_sni_hostname(host) but I can have URLs from multiple unknown hosts and cannot use a new client everytime.

Is there a solution to fix this ?
I am using 0.13 branch.
