It's not 💯 , but it's a start.

Todos:

• Add python syntax highlighting
• Better support for tap.py output for error messages
  In the example above, the error messages result in the test runner throwing.
• Clean up test runner args format.
  python -m tap [target] means the args.tap can't just be added to the end of the command.
• Create a working python-starter

Considerations:

• Look into supporting venv with the test runner.
  May require switching from "exec" to "spawn"
