Description

@scottclayton

Describe the bug
If you create a new VS Code window (File > New Window or cmd+shift+n), then call theCodeRoad: Start command from VS Code's command pallette (cmd+shift+p), an errorcommand 'coderoad.start' not found comes up. The instructions do say to open in a new folder, but I lazily and optimistically just opened a new window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go toFile > New Window
  2. ChooseCodeRoad: Start from VS Code's command pallette (cmd+shift+p)
  3. See error

Expected behavior
New CodeRoad sidebar gets started, or perhaps an info popup telling the user to create a new project folder.
