When callingcoderoad build, this error occurs

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. follow the tutorial to-practice-tutorial#build-the-configjson-file

2. Afternpm install -g @coderoad/cli, I have
   

3. turn on all permission:
   

4. sudo npm install -g @coderoad/cli, got
   

5. followed the two suggested command and got
   

Expected behavior
No errors, it will have created a tutorial.json file
