Reported by customer on ticket 4700.

Reproduced using:

Coder extension version: 1.11.3
IDE: Cursor (reported by customer), VS Code (Version: 1.106.2)

To reproduce:

Start a Coder workspace.
Authenticate the extension to the Coder deployment
Push an update to the template to the Coder deployment
Open/Connect to the running workspace via the extension
Receive prompt asking to update to the latest version which shows twoCancel buttons.
