The Terraform provider plugin framework generates a lot of noise on
debugandtrace.Given how few there are, the existing log calls aren't really traces - it's more reasonable for these logs to be on
info.This also includes streaming the logs from the provisioner to
info, which would be necessary if you wanted to know why a template couldn't be built.
