If the option is checked, the plugin should add--disable-autostart to the proxy command.

Might want to check the cli version before doing so to make sure it is a version that has that flag.

I think perhaps it should be checked by default (so true, or autostart is disabled by default).

This is to prevent an issue where Gateway on macOS keeps autostarting your workspace because macOS appears to wake periodically when sleeping.
