Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Toolbox and connect to Coder
2. From Coder's web dashboard create a new workspace with a name which was never re-used.
3. Coder toolbox plugin renders just fine and we can connect to it.
4. However if we try to connect to an existing and running workspace the connect action fails withunresolved hostname error.

Note: this only happens when ssh wildcard config is NOT enabled.
