This is the license we want. Do we need to do anything to reserve the right to change the license? And to have some kind of contributor agreement that makes sure we have copyright over contributions so that we can change the license in the future?

We can change the license whenever we want. We can't relicense old code, but no one's going to use our old code anyways. I think we need a contributor agreement to be airtight, but I think that's a later item, as we're unlikely to get substantial contributions from the community.
