This PR adds a "subsystem" field to the workspace agent that can be used to identify workspaces that are being run via custom solutions such as
envboxorenvbuilder. In order to register a subsystem aCODER_AGENT_SUBSYSTEMenv var must be set to a valid value.fixes#6802
