This refactors the
<AppearanceSettingsPage />to separate page from view so that we can create a Storybook story for it.Note: I did spend some time trying to use the Page in a story, but since it's coupled with XState, it wasn't a trivial process. Decided to follow pattern of AuditPage and separate page from view.
