Otherwise it can make some pretty random template choices, and it willtry to immediately access the workspace.
Otherwise when restarting it tries to stop and start without waiting.

I wonder if adding evals or a benchmark for the resulting tool calls in the future would be a good idea, but that's outside the scope of a code review 😅

I have been experimenting (via blink) and these seem to have made the LLM behave more intelligently and consistently when it comes to creating workspaces and manipulating files.
