This changes the task get endpoint to omit app statuses for previous 'lifetimes' of a workspace.
It also introduces abreaking change to bring
TaskStateCompletein line withWorkspaceAppStatusStateComplete. I can alternatively revert this change and add a conversion function between the two SDK types.
