MoveACTIVE_BUILD_STATUSES constant fromWorkspacesPage.tsx to a module to break the circular dependency betweenWorkspacesPage.tsx andBatchUpdateModalForm.tsx. This resolves the circular dependency lint error and ensures proper code organization.
