I haven't had time to test the CLI but I can't spot anything wrong in the implementation

This change allows a devcontainer to be opened via the agent syntax,
coder open vscode <workspace>.<agent>and removes the--containeroption to simplify the subcommand. Accessing the subagent will behave similarly to how the--containeroption behaved.Fixescoder/internal#748
