This PR improves the user experience when OIDC sessions expire by providing a more user-friendly error message.

Changes

Removed technical timestamp from OIDC session expiry error detail
Changed error message from"OpenID Connect session expired at "2025-06-02 16:32:30.144563 +0000 UTC". Try signing in again."
To:"Your OpenID Connect session has expired. Please sign in again to continue."

Testing

Code compiles successfully
No existing tests were broken (no tests specifically check this error message format)
