Isn't data-cloud.md a very generic name. Should we make it more specific? Likedx-data-cloud ordx-developer-experience?

we can rename the file, but the title isDX Data Cloud

- Access to Coder user data through the Coder CLI, Coder API, an IdP, or and existing Coder-DX integration
