Is this a tool many people need? I don't think many devs at Coder use DigitalOcean. If it's a tool that only a small subset of people will use, I think it would be better to add to ~/personalize.
@deansheather That's what I've been doing currently, I wanted to add it to our dogfood image because it's useful when editing our officialdigitalocean-linux template. I guess I haven't really explained why in the issue, I think the dogfood template should have all the tools necessary to hack around with any of our official templates and this one in particular makes it easier than using DO's web UI. |

It's only 30MB so it's fine I guess. I reallydo not want to add AWS and Azure CLI though because they take up hundreds of MB each.
