Adds references to the provider to:

  • The "Groups" page
  • The "Template RBAC" page
  • The "Workspace Proxies" page
  • The "Template Change Management" page
  • The "Template Configuration" section of the "Validated Architecture" page.

also includes a fix for a few links that are currently broken on coder.com ( by removing/README.md ).

Relates tocoder/terraform-provider-coderd#76

Will migrate this over to the restructured docs, also.

We'd like to have users being made aware of the provider as early as the start of the month. I think it's worthwhile to include this in the existing docs, given the restructure won't be complete by then.

I'd be happy to add it to the restructured docs myself too, sometime before they go live.
