We used to havegroups but for some reason removed them. We can add groups for packages that are often updated together to avoid unmergeable PRs and reduce dependabot noise.

Let me know if you agree@aslilac. I see all@storybook andxterm packages are two possible groups.

@mui would be another good group.

@storybook is actually a bit different, because they have a special command they really want you to run as their upgrade path. we might actually want to disable dependabot for all of the storybook packages.
