I had to remove the
require.Truebecause the store is hardwired to returnfalse, and we depend on that behavior to disable the feature.Previously, this test was setting
RequireActiveVersionon theCreateTemplateRequest, which the backend would silently ignore, meaning that this test hasn't actually been testing the thing that it claims to test. Now we set this directly in the database, which corrects the test.
