In
TokensPageView, the value oftokensmight (even, should) benullafter successfully if there are no tokens. We need to account for this when decided if we should showTableEmptyor not.In
ExternalAuthPageView, we should just useTableEmptywhich has better spacing and such rather than trying to do the same thing in a one off manner.
