What about rephrasing it to be something like this.

The above sentence stills confuses me.

"Coder keeps active workspaces running. After the scheduled shutdown, they will continue to run, but will automatically shut down after 1 hour if no activity is detected."

I think that wording is even more confusing. 😅 why even mention the 1 hour offset? it's there to give people leeway, not so that we'll describe it to them in painstaking detail, so that they can push it to far and get bitten.
