Use the native notifications for the coder cli OR output to the terminal to alert a user that their workspace will be shutting down soon according to the schedule for Auto On/Off.

As a user, I do not want to be surprised by my workspace shutting off while I am working.

Note: we do not have support for the activity based Auto On/Off.
