Description
Currentlycoder ssh supports--no-wait, however, there is no way for a user to wait if they want to. To fix this, we will add--wait (and accompanying env) tocoder ssh.
- Add
--waitflag that always waits for startup script - Error if both
--waitand--no-waitare provided
