As a user, I want a page that will contain my user preferences settings with the following sections:

• Account settings
• Security
• SSH Keys
• Linked Accounts

The user avatar for the Community release will be a basic avatar with an initial in it rather than an uploadable avatar.
There will not be an Auto Start or an Appearance section (since we will default to only dark mode)
