Allow users to edit a workspace proxy after it has been created, to edit an icon or display name. Right now, the only solution is to delete the workspace proxy and re-create it.

Similarly, an admin may want to edit the "Default" workspace proxy to indicate which region it is in. That way, users who may be unfamiliar with what data center Coder is deployed in can which region the default proxy is in.
