Starting should be an obviously non-ready state

Actual

Starting being the same font color as "connected" registers in my brain that it is ready, when it is not.

This ticket should also update Stopping & Pending if needed.

Just my opinion, I think it would be more clear as agrey or yellow blue or some other highlight.
