For the new workspaces table design we need to free up some spacing for the inline workspace actions such as pause, start and the apps. By combining both columns we get enough space and make a better use of it. Design reference:

• Secondary statuses such as dormant, deletion pending, and outdated should be a badge
• The new status component is already implemented
