For logging with Github, users in should not be able to change their email in the UI to avoid locking out users who do not realize this will happen.

When the backend ticket#1490 comes in the backend should prevent this from happening in general but the UI should react appropriately.

What do we do in the case that the user could use either built in or Github to log in?
