The current list of provisioner jobs is limited to show only a top latest few jobs. In case a stuck job is older than a view window, it is not displayed and consequently it cannot be cancelled from UI.

As a temporary fix, please allow for all the pending jobs to be displayed regardless of the view window size. Let's also consider a temporary toggle switch labeled like "show all pending jobs".
