Why?
UUIDs are not very human friendly, and since provisioners have a name we should use that instead. One of the places that could benefit from this is the provisioner job information panel.

Having the "Completed by provisioner" showing a name instead of an UUID makes it easier to debug and find the provisioner in the provisioners page.
