The Workspace storybook has gotten out of date

• nobuilds prop
• still handles breadcrumb

Additionally, theworkspaceXService still handles the breadcrumb.

Although these are non-user-facing refactors, Storybook is part of our testing plan so this should be fixed fairly soon.
