This seems like the wrong screen to display when the search criteria matches no templates. A new banner explaining

"No templates match this search criteria"

with a link to the docs would be an improvement. Unfortunately, we don't have template filtering docs, maybe directing users toworkspace filtering until we have parity for templates.
