We are not able to set specific times such as11:11,19:30, where we specify minutes, but you can if you select to the nearest hour times, such as13:00,20:00 etc. It saves normally, whatever time you choose to begin with and click Update schedule but then if you refresh the page, in the Next Occurrence box, it shows up as Invalid time .

Another edge case is settingHH:01 will save it asHH:10 when you save ,HH:02 ->HH:20,HH:03->HH:30 and if you tryHH:06, it permanently breaks my/settings/schedule page
