I am currently running Coderv2.12.1+3fbfb53 with SCIM integration enabled (via OKTA). This integration is working to add and remove users, but I'm finding that new users seem to get suspended after a seemingly-random amount of time (usually in the first 12--24 horus) once they're added. After I un-suspend them it seems that they remain active indefinitely.

I'm not sure what the issue could be, and I don't see anything useful in our Audit log. I'm willing to dig more deeply and perform some additional debugging steps but it's difficult to find what else might be available.
