• Add a CLI command to call the package added infeat: create package for network support bundle #12161 and hit the API endpoint added infeat: add coderd endpoint to generate network support bundle #12162.
• If this is being run inside a workspace, warn that this may produce tainted test results, and ask the user for confirmation before proceeding.
• If the URL of the Coder server being hit differs from the server's access URL, warn that this may produce tainted test results, and ask the user for confirmation before proceeding.
• Write all of this to a directory and zip it.
• Also include all logs from thecodersdk.Client used to generate this.
• Also write any stdout/stderr written from this command to the generated file. This should include any user interaction.
