Steps to Reproduce

1. Execute: login coder_url_new_deployment -> message "Your Coder deployment hasn't been set up!" is displayed
2. Agree to create a first user -> (Would you like to create the first user? yes)
3. Set user name and email
4. Enter a password

Expected

Something like Confirm password step should go next, as password is not displayed enduser can have some typos in original password and no way to verify it or review.
