CPopover in Vue Chakra UI doesn't haveisLazy prop which is present in Chakra UI for React so there is no way to defer CPopoverContent rendering until the popover is open.

Current solutions include adding a bunch ofv-if's around elements present in CPopoverContent, which sort of works but would like to have a cleaner solution.
