Chadwick is a collection of command-line utility programs forextracting information from baseball play-by-play and boxscore filesin the DiamondWare format, as used by Retrosheet(http://www.retrosheet.org).
The latest release of Chadwick is 0.10.0.
Chadwick is written and maintained by T L Turocy(ted.turocy@gmail.com), and is Copyright (C) 2002-2023 byT L Turocy and Chadwick Baseball Bureau.
Chadwick is Open Source software, distributed under the terms of theGNU General Public License (GPL).
Releases are managed via the github repository; seehttps://github.com/chadwickbureau/chadwick/releases.
Compilation is via the standard autotools method, i.e.:./configuremakemake install
Chadwick is written in fairly standard conservative C, and shouldbuild on OS X and Linux/Un*x systems.
Chadwick may also be packaged in your favourite package manager.
For Windows users, pre-built binaries are available on the releasepage.
