To build the ArrayFire Python Wheels there are three arguments that must be specified for the dockerfile:
AF_CUDA_MAJOR_VERSIONwhich supports from 11 and 12AF_CUDA_MINOR_VERSIONsupports 1 for cuda 11 and 0 to 8 for cuda 12AF_PYTHON_VERSION: supports 3.10 onwardsCurrently this is being built with oneapi 2025.1, gcc 10 for the upcoming ArrayFire 3.10
